He came into our rescue after his previous family experienced a major life transition and realized they could no longer provide the time, exercise, and attention that Tuffy needed to thrive.
Wanting the best for him, his family made the loving decision to surrender Tuffy so he could find a home where he would receive the care, companionship, and forever commitment he deserves.
